A few words about Homecoming:  When your Tiny Toy poodle arrives at his/her new home, the best thing to do is restrict your puppy to one room of your house and introducing your puppy to his/her own “den”, preferably a large pet taxi, this will make your poodle feel secure. 

 A few words about Potty Training: If your poodles can smell a spot where he/she has gone before, he/she is likely to use that spot again. This can be good or bad depending on where your poodle puppy has been.

A few words about Bonding with your Puppy:  Your poodle puppy’s first night in new surroundings will be the hardest time. After a few days, your poodle puppy will be totally attached to you. The Female Poodles tend to be generally, a “one person dog.” That is they attach to one person like the best in the family. The Male poodles tend to be more of an "everybody's pet" treating everyone in the family with the same affection.

A few words about Breeders: “Buyer Be Ware” If a breeders tells you that she/he has not received the AKC litter papers on the pup you want yet, but will mail them to you when they come in. Please keep in mind that at this point the breeder already has your money and more than likely you will never receive the papers or it will take many phone calls to get them.
